WE PLAN TO BE OPERATIONAL JUNE 1, 2012

We are professional Long Term Care Administrators.  We specialize in two areas of interest to you:

 1.   Continuing Education for Long Term Care Professionals.  This includes:

      A.   Licensed Nursing Facility Administrators

      B.  Assisted Living Managers

      C.  Home Health Managers

      D.  Hospice Managers

      E.  Registered Nurses

      F.  Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurses

      G.  Social Worksers

     H.  Activity Directors. 

Our Education efforts will focus on operational issues and federal regulations.  If it is not relevant to your day to day work, and not quanified in Federal Regulations, you will not see it on our site.  Our goal is to provide relevant information and education to meet your needs.

We will in the future address Inservice Education needs for your staff members.

2.  Recruitment of Licensed Nursing Facility Administrators, Director of Nurses, and MDS Coordinators.  Our goal is to create the "go to site" for these three Long Term Care Professionals who are seeking jobs, and to those companies who are seeking to employ Long Term Care Professionals, a site to facilitate that process  

We use a "systems development" approach for our business growth.  We believe that every Business, including Long Term Care, can be a  "High Performance Organization" with the proper training and education.  It is our hope to help you achieve that goal by providing operational and regulatory information that will benefit you in your everyday activities.   We thank you for visiting our site, we hope that you will take a hard look at what we do.  We look forward to partnering with you to help you grow your business.

MISSION STATEMENT

Business Builders Network of Texas mission is to enhance the professional growth of Long Term Care Professionals. This mission will be accomplished by providing Training and Development, Educational Services, assist in building Systems for Businesses and a Directory to facilitate networking.  We will provide quality products, services, educational programs, and recruiting programs critical to our members success in cooperation with our customers wants and needs, and as demanded by the marketplace.
